Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, hot sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides, until almost completely cooked through.
Pour sauce over the chicken. Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Serve over hot noodles or rice. I often double the sauce, as our kids like extra!
Without a doubt, this is our favorite dinner recipe. Both kids LOVE it and it's super easy, making it a staple in our house. I sometimes add fresh, chopped carrots and red pepper and stir fry them with the chicken, trying to sneak in a vegetable when I can.
